GOT DIRT CONSTRUCTION LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator/Foreman to lead on-site execution of heavy construction projects in Utah. The role requires operating bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and water trucks while ensuring quality and safety across phases of excavation, paving, and grading.

The candidate should have at least 4 years of hands-on equipment experience and be able to supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, and manage schedules to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in construction settings, including bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and water trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as Caterpillar machinery, backhoes, loaders, and tankers
• Perform tasks including bulldozing, paving, and excavation on construction sites
• Ensure equipment is in good working condition by conducting regular inspections and maintenance
• Safely transport materials using water trucks
• Manage construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
• Create project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
• Monitor project progress and report updates to upper management
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met
• Conduct quality control inspections

Skills:

• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, and water trucks
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment
• Experience working on construction sites and familiarity with construction processes
• Ability to operate Caterpillar machinery efficiently
