Are you ready to take your career to new heights? BX Civil and Construction is looking for Equipment Operators with their Class A CDL to join our team for the 2025 Construction Season. If you've got the skills to operate heavy machinery like a pro, we want you on board!

Job Highlights:

As an Equipment Operator, you'll be the master of heavy machinery, responsible for operating front end loaders, haul trucks, excavators, water trucks, dozers, and blades. But at BXCC – you're not just an operator. You're a crucial part of our construction crew, taking on general laborer duties as needed.

Eligibility & Requirements:

We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals who meet the following criteria:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older.
2. Willing to prioritize safety and actively participate in company-wide safety goals.
3. Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record - Class A CDL is preferred.
4. Previous construction experience preferred.
5. Ability to work overtime, out of town, and weekends when required.
6. Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.
7. Authorized to work in the United States.
