Job Highlights:

As an Equipment Operator, you'll be the master of heavy machinery, responsible for operating front end loaders, haul trucks, excavators, water trucks, dozers, and blades. But at BXCC – you're not just an operator. You're a crucial part of our construction crew, taking on general laborer duties as needed.

Eligibility & Requirements:

We are looking for reliable and dedicated individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to prioritize safety and actively participate in company-wide safety goals.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a good driving record - Class A CDL is preferred.
• Previous construction experience preferred.
• Ability to work overtime, out of town, and weekends when required.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
