Job summary

AquaSmart is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator in Marshall, TX to operate cranes and rigs on fracture stimulation projects across Texas. Travel and a CDL Class A are required; safety compliance and teamwork are essential. The role follows a 12-hour shift, two weeks on and one week off, with day and night options. Qualifications

• Experience in fracture stimulation and heavy equipment operation, preferably in oil and gas or construction.
• Proficiency with cranes, rigs, and other specialized machinery.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations for equipment operation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and travel as required.
• Must have a valid CDL Class A License.

Responsibilities

• Operate specialized equipment safely and efficiently following guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs to equipment.
• Interact with fracture stimulation customers professionally and address inquiries.

• Assist with rigging up and rigging down equipment.
• Travel to various locations as required by the job.
• Work two weeks on and one week off schedule.

We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. Job Duties

• Operate specialized equipment in a safe and efficient manner, following company guidelines and best practices.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Interact with fracture stimulation customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by always adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Promote a safety-conscious culture within the team.
• Assist with rigging up and rigging down equipment, which may involve physical labor and manual tasks.
• Be willing and flexible to travel to various locations as required by the job.
• Work on a schedule of two weeks on and one week off, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
• Performs other duties as directed by the Field Operations Manager(s) and Operations Director.

Requirements

Experience

• Oil & Gas: Minimum of 3 years
• Some Knowledge of Frac Fleet Operations and Frac Designs

License/Certification

• A current Commercial Driver's License- Class A, is required
