Available Schedule
- Weekend Shift: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:30 AM until 7:00 PM
Compensation & Benefits
Base rate paid bi-weekly: $21.50 per hour.
- Earn $0.25 wage increase following the completion of 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, and 18 months of service, totaling up to $1.00/hr on top of the base rate.
- Shift Differential – Weekend Shift: if you meet your full 36.00 scheduled hours, a payout of $40.00 will be honored.
- Attendance Bonus: Earn a $40 Attendance Bonus per week. That equates to an additional $1 per hour. (Eligibility and policy rules will apply.)
- Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and you both obtain $900.00 (Paid out in four increments – Eligibility and policy rules apply).

Responsibilities
- Safely operate all power equipment within the Camp Hill Supply Chain. Equipment includes order picker, double pallet truck, forklift, dock stocker and any other machines as needed.
- Ensure all assigned equipment is fully operational at the beginning of shift which includes checking for damage and reporting all damages or malfunctions to supervisor immediately.
- Operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in a distribution facility.
- Perform daily inspection on assigned equipment and refer defects or needed repairs to the supervisor; clean equipment.
- Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
- Work in a fast paced environment.
- Read, write, operate Radio‑Frequency (RF) device, conduct business related mathematics and analyze data as required.
Physical Demands
- Required to stand (stationary position) during scheduled hours. Hours usually include weekends, evenings, and holidays in conjunction with labor regulations.
- Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to communicate using various methods.
- Kneeling, stooping, using stairs, reaching, pulling, and moving weights of 5–50 pounds constantly and 50–100 lbs frequently.
- Ability to move 50–100 lbs at least 25 feet in distance.
- Must be within the height/weight guidelines provided by equipment manufacturer to safely operate equipment.
- Based on business necessity associates may be required to temporarily work in other locations that require different physical demands.
Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse setting, with limited outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, box cutters, RF scanner, and tape dispensers. Qualifications
- Applicants must be 18 or older, have a positive attitude, be open to learning, work well with others and have the willingness to prioritize customer needs.
- Qualified candidates will be able to stand, walk, and lift weighted boxes. More details will be provided but will need the ability to meet vision requirements and meet other physical demands within labor regulations.
