Kaweah Delta Water Conservation District is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to run heavy earthmoving equipment and maintain machinery daily. You will operate excavators, tractors, loaders, and similar equipment, ensuring safety and proper upkeep on site.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience with heavy equipment and holds both California Class A and Class C licenses. Overtime may be required as workload demands.

Applicants must be skilled in the operation of a wide range of heavy, earthmoving machinery and must be able to maintain equipment daily and perform minor repairs when necessary to ensure safety and proper upkeep. A minimum of 5 years experience is necessary; including but not limited to operating excavators, tractors, loaders, and similar pieces of equipment. The candidate must be reliable, trustworthy and a good timekeeper and be willing to work overtime when required. Possession of both a California Class A and Class C License are also requirements.
Wages for this position will depend on qualifications and experience. Salary range is $25-$27/hour.
