Staffmark Group in Vernon, CA is seeking an Equipment Operator. You will operate production equipment, monitor quality, and help produce consistent results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years in warehouse/manufacturing roles. The role requires the ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and follow safety guidelines.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, packaging, or machine operating experience required.
• Bindery or print production experience is a plus.
• Previous machine operator experience preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure proper performance.
• Assemble, bind, package, and prepare products according to specifications.
• Perform quality control checks, including measuring, weighing, counting, and inspecting product appearance.
• Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack finished products onto pallets.
• Load materials and position products for processing and packaging.
• Assist with equipment setup, cleanup, and basic production support functions.
• Monitor equipment operation and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate package counts and product quality standards.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company procedures, production requirements, and safety guidelines.
