If you have at least one year of experience and are ready to take on a variety of tasks, from operating bulldozers to grading pads, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy equipment safely & efficiently, including trackhoes, backhoes, graders, loaders, skidsteers, crushing equipment, dozers, etc.
• Excavate trenches, load trucks, and grade pads/floors.
• Teach and direct laborers.
• Read and understand plans, instructions, and specifications.
• Measure, mark, and record openings and distances for work layout.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of experience operating loaders, dozers, or trackhoes.
• Ability to read plans and gradestakes.
• Ability to work in heat, bend, sit for long periods, and lift 50 lbs.
• Strong safety awareness and teamwork skills.
