Job summary

NRI Distribution is hiring an Equipment Operator to support order picking, let downs, replenishment, and collaboration across departments. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a busy warehouse setting.

Typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm, with starting pay at $22.00 per hour (includes $1.00 shift differential). This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and staff programs available.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Clean driving record required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk and stand for extended periods, and work in dusty/noisy conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized warehouse machinery such as forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, and electric pallet-jacks.
• Receive, replenish, ship, scan, and cycle count as part of general warehouse duties.
• Follow NRI safety rules, SOPs, and security protocols.
• Keep work and storage areas clean and safe at all times.
• Participate in staff purchase and staff benefits programs.

As an Equipment Operator, you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let downs, replenishment and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The following schedule is available for this role:

Starting Pay:

$22.00 per hour (Includes $1.00 shift differential)

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learn our basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
• Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background and drug tests)

The Must Haves:

• Must have 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• This position requires a clean driving record
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.
