Job summary

NRI Distribution in Ontario, CA is seeking an Equipment Operator to assist in order picking, let downs, replenishment, and support all departments in meeting goals. You will operate forklifts and warehouse equipment, ensure safety, accuracy and efficiency, and work Monday-Friday 4:30AM-1:00PM with starting pay of $21.00 per hour at 1950 S.

• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and orderly at all times.

All About You

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Ability to learn ourbasic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.

The Must Haves:

• Must have 3+ months of forkliftexperience on an order/cherry picker
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• This position requires a clean driving record
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Things You Will be Doing

• Operating specific motorized warehouse machinery like forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet-jacks.
• Receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle countingalong with other general warehouse duties
• FollowingNRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.
