Star Construction LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to service telecom construction sites in Kentucky. You will operate and maintain specialized equipment to install phone and internet infrastructure, ensuring safe, reliable performance on site.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to project plans, with on-site work in various weather conditions and potential for routine training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience with drill setup and design processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend site Job Safety Analysis before work.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Dig pits, trenches or potholes per job plan.
• Set up and clean up the job site.
• Load/unload tools and materials from truck.
• Set up a safety perimeter and comply with safety rules.
• Work in all weather conditions as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
