Equipment Operator - Telecom Construction

This role involves operating various construction equipment safely, restoring disturbed areas, developing bore schedules, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. The position offers a pay range of $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including weekly paychecks, insurance, 401(k), and more.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Operate drill and other construction equipment safely.
2. Restore and landscape disturbed areas.
3. Develop and maintain bore schedules.
4. Set up and clean up job sites.
5. Load and unload tools and materials.
6. Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and set safety perimeters.

**Requirements:**

• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience with drilling equipment and utility locators.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and overtime.
• Preferred: Class A CDL with tanker endorsement.

**Physical and Environmental Conditions:**

• Operate machinery in confined spaces and remote locations.
• Work in various weather conditions, potentially exposed to dust, fumes, and chemicals.
