Job summary

Holland L.P. is seeking a reliable laborer to support unloading, equipment operation, and site maintenance at our East Grand Forks facility. The role requires adherence to safety rules and ability to work outdoors in dusty conditions.

Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, assisting with loading/unloading, and maintaining logs. A valid driver’s license is preferred; PPE and training are provided to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work in a high-dust environment with PPE.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Demonstrated math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to complete pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect equipment and truck/trailer for safe operation.
• Operate vehicles and equipment as directed; assist with unloading and stacking.
• Maintain site clean-up and maintenance tasks.
• Keep required logs and equipment inspection records.
• Adhere to safety rules on site and at all facilities.
