Job summary

1-800-STRIPER Fort Myers & Naples is seeking a motivated Crew Member to support parking lot striping and maintenance services. You will operate a variety of equipment, assist with prep and layout, and help keep sites clean and compliant with safety standards.

Paid training is provided; this part-time role offers flexible scheduling with potential to grow into full-time as the company scales. References will be required, and a team-oriented, detail-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• References are required.
• Equipment operator experience is desirable.
• Paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Operates parking lot striping equipment.
• Assists in preparing equipment and trucks.
• Tracks inventory: paint, chalk, etc.
• Follows safety procedures per OSHA guidelines.
• Follows daily procedures and training.
• Inspects/maintains equipment and reports defects.
• Cleans stencil work and performs site cleanup.
