ProFrac Services in North Dakota is seeking Equipment Operators to support oil and gas operations under the guidance of a Site Supervisor. The role involves hands-on operation and maintenance of specialized equipment, with emphasis on safety and reliable service delivery.

Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-conscious, able to work irregular hours, and willing to travel to various job sites, including overnight stays when required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to complete and abide by Safety Training and other provided training.
• Appropriate communication skills for coordination with crew and supervisors.
• Ability to travel extensively and stay overnight as required.
• Physical ability to perform hard labor, including lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to work in all climate types and around moving machinery.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including shift work and overtime.
• Ability to wear required safety equipment.
