We're looking for dependable, mechanically inclined candidates who aren't afraid to work hard, get their hands dirty, and be part of a field crew.
$17–$23/HR DOE
12-hour shifts
15 days on / 6 days off
Overtime opportunities based on schedule
Must be willing to travel to Oklahoma for required training
Prepare equipment and materials for field operations.
Assist with rig-up and rig-down operations.
Handle and prepare field equipment, piping, flowline components, and related materials.
Operate equipment based on training and demonstrated competency.
Inspect equipment before, during, and after operations.
Clean, maintain, and organize equipment following field jobs.
Assist with loading and unloading equipment and supplies.
Use hand and power tools safely.
Complete required operational paperwork and documentation.
Participate in safety meetings and job safety analyses.
Follow all HSE, customer, company, and jobsite safety procedures.
Assist field and maintenance crews as needed.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous oilfield, construction, manufacturing, mechanical, warehouse, or hands-on industrial experience preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Ability to perform physically demanding work.
Must be comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment.
Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and a 15/6 rotation.
Must be willing to travel to Oklahoma for training.
Dependable transportation and strong attendance are essential.
Safety-focused and willing to learn.
