Job summary

Yellowstone Landscape is seeking skilled drivers and heavy equipment operators to clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and roadways in outdoor settings. This physically demanding role requires working in challenging weather conditions and directly impacts client safety.

Ideal candidates have experience plowing commercial properties, a valid driver's license (DOT license preferred or obtainable), and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Driver’s license and DOT License (Or can obtain one).
• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Clean driving record preferred.
• Flexible schedule.
• Ability to work long hours and in cold weather conditions.
• On call for weather events 24/7.
• Maintain clear communication with team members regarding snow conditions and operational status.

Responsibilities

• Plow snow from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and roadways.
• Operate front end loaders, Bobcats, and fuel truck as part of daily duties.
