The ideal candidate will have experience safely operating heavy machinery in various construction environments and be capable of performing labor-intensive jobs. Responsibilities include:

1. Operating a variety of equipment safely.
2. Pulling and backing trailers, properly securing loads.
3. Using and understanding power tools and hand tools.
4. Conducting pre-operation inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
5. Maintaining a clean work environment.
6. Demonstrating excellent hand-eye coordination and physical stamina for extended periods.
7. Understanding and practicing construction site safety protocols.
8. Communicating effectively with crew members, supervisors, contractors, and the public to build positive relations.
9. Traveling to surrounding states for work as needed.

This role involves labor-intensive tasks such as operating heavy machinery, driving dump trucks and pickup trucks for transporting materials and equipment, landscaping, tree pruning, tree removal, and stump grinding. Overtime may be required occasionally. A probation period is mandatory. Pay depends on experience and will be determined after the probation period. Candidates must be reliable, show up fit for duty, and pass pre-employment drug screening and occasional random drug tests.
