Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience; four additional years may substitute for diploma.

• Must have basic knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds; exposure to extreme heat and cold.

Responsibilities

• Operates different types of specialized/heavy equipment.
• Performs road maintenance or construction duties while operating equipment.
• Transports equipment and supplies.
• Maintains and controls traffic at work site.
• Performs routine maintenance on equipment or trucks and reports needed repairs.
• May perform general landscape maintenance.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.
