Job summary

R.H. White Company is seeking an Equipment Operator I who supports underground utility construction including water, sewer, and drainage installations. You will excavate and prepare trenches, install piping systems, set manholes and basins, and assist with backfilling and site restoration.

You will run equipment safely while performing general labor duties as needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of related experience, and company-approved operator

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of related experience and education.
• Qualified by an approved and competent company Operator on at least two equipment pieces (one piece per bullet).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate excavation and site equipment.
• Assist with trenching, backfilling, grading, and site restoration.
• Provide pipe laying assistance, spotting, trench safety tasks, and cleanup.

DOT Medical Card

Valid U.S. driver's license
