Responsibilities

• Leads assigned staff; provides training to other team members; serves internal and external customers.
• Operates heavy equipment and trucks; performs routine maintenance and dirt work repairs with safety compliance.
• Reads specs and coordinates with trades to meet town requirements; applies knowledge of equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Tracks work orders and materials using asset management software.
• Performs Blue Stake calls and documentation.
