Select Water Solutions is seeking an Equipment Operator to join its Solids Management team in Williston, ND. You will operate heavy equipment, perform routine maintenance, and support daily site plans with minimal supervision while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires reading slopes and grades when applicable, coordinating with the Operations Manager, and ensuring reliable equipment readiness through basic troubleshooting and timely repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, graders, or excavators.
• Ability to read slopes and grades (preferred).
• Strong safety awareness and compliance.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in daily site operations.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager on assignments.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
• Review and document pre/post-trip reports.
• Schedule major repairs and manage inventory of common items.
• Maintain shop and field maintenance equipment.
• Maintain safety and compliance on site.
