Qualifications

• OSHA 10 training required within 6 months of hire.
• Equipment Operator Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates light- to medium-duty construction equipment to support site activities.
• Performs pre-operation checks and maintenance for safe operation.
• Assists with loading, unloading, and transporting materials around the site.
• Observes safety protocols and reports hazards or malfunctions.
• Keeps accurate daily logs of equipment usage and issues.
• Adjusts operation based on site conditions and project changes.
• Reports equipment malfunctions promptly to prevent delays.
