Job summary

Satterfield Construction Co Inc. in Beech Island, SC is hiring a Grading Crew Equipment Operator for local projects. You will operate dozers, graders, loaders, and excavators to prepare sites and meet grade specs.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Some Saturdays

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, graders, loaders, and excavators for grading and site prep

Work collaboratively with other crew members to complete projects on time and to spec

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience operating grading equipment

Strong knowledge of finish grading, slopes, and proper techniques

Commitment to safety and precision

Reliable, hard-working, and team-oriented attitude

Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, but not required)
