Job summary

Pratt Industries in Nashville seeks a dependable loader operator to load materials onto lines and trailers using front end loaders. You will operate equipment per the O&M manual, inspect daily, and ensure safety compliance on a fast-paced facility floor.

The role requires at least 6 months of machinery experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a disciplined, team-oriented attitude with strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience operating machinery.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Safety-conscious with strong discipline.

• Age 18+ due to environment.
• Random and/or drug testing conducted as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in accordance with O&M manual.
• Check material (incoming and outgoing) for quality and conformity.
• Move material to designated storage areas safely.
• Load material onto lines and trailers safely.
• Keep material stacked neatly and safely.
• Maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Check oil and fluids daily.
• Perform regular equipment inspections.
• Adhere to all company safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
