Job summary

Manpower is hiring Experienced Equipment Operators – Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Operators for a fast-paced beauty and cosmetics distribution center in Chambersburg, PA. You will operate order picker forklifts and reach trucks, use RF scanners to pick and pack, and move items safely throughout the warehouse.

Qualifications include 18+ years old, experience with cherry picker and reach trucks (certification preferred), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime up to six

We’re hiring Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Operators for a fast-paced, high-performing distribution center supporting the beauty and cosmetics industry. Location: Chambersburg, PA

Pay Rates by Shift:
Shift 1: Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm - $19/hr
Shift 2: Sunday – Thursday 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM – $21.00/hr
Shift 3: Sunday - Thursday 9:30pm-5:30am - $21.00/hr

** Overtime opportunities available!

**Please note: When business needs increase, mandatory overtime will be required, with associates scheduled up to 6 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate order picker forklift and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to pick, pack, sort, and move orders accurately
• Replenish bins and transport products throughout the warehouse
• Load/unload trailers and maintain clean, organized storage areas
• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous experience operating both Cherry Picker and Reach Truck (certification preferred)
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout 8–10 hour shifts
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a fast-paced warehouse
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
