Batteries Plus in Wisconsin is seeking an Equipment Operator to ensure safe and efficient operation of warehouse machinery and support daily distribution center activities.

You will handle forklifts, pallets, and loading tasks, maintain inventory flow, and keep work areas hazard-free, with emphasis on safety rules and teamwork; competitive pay and benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 6 months of equipment operation experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn new systems.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Move, stack, and organize goods to maintain warehouse flow and stability.
• Support inbound and outbound operations, including loading and unloading trucks.
• Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues or safety concerns.
• Rotate stock and perform basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
• Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas.
• Flex between warehouse tasks and assist team members as needed.
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures - PPE required!
