Thompson Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Equipment Operator to support safe, efficient execution of jobs across service lines. This role requires hands-on operation of hydroblasting and vacuum equipment, attention to safety, and readiness to work with a dynamic field team.

Qualifications

• English language comprehension for safety training and instructions in emergencies.
• Valid CDL Class A or B or equivalent as required when driving company or personal vehicles.
• Experience operating a vacuum truck and understanding of associated equipment (hydroblasting, vacuum trucks, jet rodders).
• Familiarity with safety policies and procedures for field operations.
• Smartphone required for Electronic Logging Device (ELD).

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for company and customer safety policies.
• Operate hydroblasting equipment and high-pressure pumps as needed.
• Handle specialized equipment such as vacuum trucks and jet rodders.
• Transport equipment and personnel to job sites and ensure DOT compliance.
