Equipment Operator - Mid-Shift - $18.00/hour

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
Occasional Saturdays

Qualified candidates will be responsible for verifying shipments, maintaining inventory, and operating warehouse equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting daily equipment inspections and reporting issues
• Maintaining equipment batteries
• Unloading shipments and moving products to storage
• Stacking and storing merchandise properly
• Preparing products for shipping, ensuring accuracy
• Operating forklifts and other lifting devices safely
• Keeping accurate inventory records
• Loading and unloading products
• Using RF scanners extensively
• Following safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment

Minimum qualifications:

• Prior equipment operating experience
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and walk for up to an hour
• No fear of heights
• Ability to occasionally lift 11-25 pounds and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Repetitive hand, arm, and foot movements
• Good vision and ability to interpret safety and operational documents
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to perform basic calculations and apply common sense to instructions

The work environment involves warehouse conditions with exposure to vibrations, dust, and moving machinery. Noise levels are moderate. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
