Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking an Equipment Operator based out of our Elizabeth, NJ location to transport materials throughout the facility on day/night shift in our East Region. This role is responsible for maintaining efficient production flow and supporting site safety, environmental, and operational goals.

Responsibilities include daily equipment greasing, walk-arounds, fluid checks, operating bulldozers, excavators, wheel loaders, graders and haul trucks, and performing other duties as

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance.
• Positive, Team-based attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient production flow and support site safety, environmental, and operational goals.
• Operate equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, wheel loaders, graders and haul trucks.
• Daily equipment greasing, morning walk-arounds and fluid checks; complete maintenance checklist.
• Other duties as assigned.
