Job summary

Country Pride Services is seeking an Equipment Operator/Custom Applicator in Bingham Lake, MN. You will operate field application equipment to apply crop nutrients and crop protection products and also manage tender trucks, delivering bulk and packaged products.

The role requires a Class A CDL with Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements and Minnesota Custom Applicator licenses (A & C) or willingness to obtain within a year; you must be 18+ and able to work outdoors in seasonal conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL with Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements (or willingness to obtain within a year).
• Minnesota Certified Custom Applicator License – Categories A & C (or willingness to obtain within a year).
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Operate field application equipment to safely and accurately apply crop nutrients and crop protection products
• Operate tender trucks to handle and deliver bulk and packaged products
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on fleet machinery
• Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and leadership
• Work extended hours during peak application seasons, including evenings and weekends
• Support other departments during non-application seasons as needed
• Build strong working relationships with fellow employees and cooperative patrons
• Follow all Federal, State, and Local regulations along with cooperative safety policies
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisory or Management Team

Licenses & Certifications

• Class A CDL with Tanker and HAZMAT endorsements (required or willingness to obtain within a year)
• Minnesota Certified Custom Applicator License – Categories A & C (required or willingness to obtain within a year)

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic equipment maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs frequently, climb ladders, and work around moving equipment
