United Cooperative is seeking a Custom Applicator/CDL Driver at its Black Creek, WI location. The role supports day-to-day agronomy operations, including crop protection product application, CDL driving, loading, and equipment maintenance.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, CDL (or ability to obtain one), and DOT/compliance adherence. Preference given to applicants with applicator’s license and prior application experience.

Responsibilities

• Mix, loads, and applicates crop protection products/plant nutrition.
• Work with patrons in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist the sales staff in ensuring orders are correct and patron needs are met.
• Perform warehouse work including driving loader, forklift, mechanics, and maintenance.
• Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed.
• Performs minor repairs and reports larger equipment problems to manager or mechanic.
• Reports any unsafe equipment or working conditions to management.
• Maintains a safe working area and keeps walkways clean of slip or trip hazards.
• Performs housekeeping activities as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Job Details: Job Location: Center Valley Agronomy - Black Creek, WI 54106, Position Type: Full Time, Job Shift: Day, Position Summary: The Custom Applicator/CDL Driver will assist in the day-to-day operations of the Agronomy location. Performs custom application, CDL driving, and other functions that may include maintenance of equipment, plant, rolling stock, operation of forklifts, loaders, operation of tender trucks, filling NH3 tanks, loading customers’ vehicles with product, unloading of deliveries and other duties as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distant, color, and peripheral vision, as well as depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
