Job summary

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Equipment Operator Assistant for their team in Bloomington, IL. 2nd Shift, 3pm to 11:30pm.

You will assist in equipment setup, operate machines to produce high-quality products, and log production data daily into the Hagen system. Maintain equipment and a clean workspace, follow maintenance schedules, and perform related duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production-related environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

Your Opportunity

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Equipment Operator Assistant for their team in Bloomington, IL.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting in the setup of equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.
• Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.
• Other duties as required

Your Shift

2nd Shift; Monday - Friday, 3pm to 11:30pm

You Must Have

• Experience in a production related environment preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and analytic problem-solving skills
• Work well independently as well as in a team environment
• Basic math and computer skills

Requirements Within This Position

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
