Job summary

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is seeking an Equipment Operator Assistant for its Bloomington, IL team. This is a production role supporting setup, operation, and maintenance of printing equipment on 2nd shift (3pm–11:30pm).

Ideal candidates have production experience, strong communication, accuracy with logs, and the ability to work independently or with others in a fast-paced environment. DailyPay is available.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the setup of equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.
• Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.
• Other duties as required

Your Opportunity:

Taylor Print & Visual Impressions, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for an Equipment Operator Assistant for their team in Bloomington, IL.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the setup of equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.
• Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.
• Other duties as required

Your Shift:

2nd Shift; Monday - Friday, 3pm to 11:30pm

You Must Have:

• Experience in a production related environment preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Basic math and computer skills

Requirements Within This Position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials
• Frequently required to move inside the facility
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)
