Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a 2nd Shift Equipment Operator for our Jeffersonville, IN facility. Start date incentives and DailyPay benefits enhance the opportunity. Operate digital printing press equipment, perform regular maintenance, and ensure quality across color, paper, and plates.

Work Monday to Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm; participate in prioritizing jobs and coordinating with the Production Team to meet deadlines while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate digital printing press equipment in line with job specs and quality standards.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance to sustain optimum output.
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
• Check paper type, size, color and quantity.
• Check plates for correct format.
• Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality.
• Coordinate with Production Team to meet deadlines and prioritize jobs.
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements for job and equipment.

Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a 2nd Shift Equipment Operator to join the team at our Jeffersonville, IN, facility.

Work Authorization

Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and operate digital printing press equipment, in compliance with job specifications and in accordance with company quality standards and procedures.
• Performs daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
• Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
• Check paper for type, size, color and quantity.
• Check plates for correct format.
• Visually inspect forms throughout run for quality.
• Coordinate with Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
• Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of job and equipment.
• Digital Printer multi-color with finishing.

Your Shift

Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm
