Job summary

Pike Industries, a CRH Company, is seeking an Equipment Operator for the 988 Loader in our Crushing and Aggregates team. The role involves operating heavy equipment and performing general labor to support crushing operations, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25.00–$29.00, plus a $10/hour shift differential, paid time off, and benefits. OT after 8 hours and potential for annual increases are included.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in a crushing/aggregates environment.
• Ability to perform general labor tasks around a quarry or plant site.
• Strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate 988 Loader and other heavy equipment as needed.
• Efficiently load materials into trucks and haul equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness around the crusher and work area.
• Support daily plant operations and assist with routine maintenance.

What you will do:

• General labor as needed around the facility.
• Operate heavy equipment (Haul truck, loaders, Crusher, or skid steer).
• Efficiently load materials into Dump Trucks, Flowboys, Haul Trucks, etc..
• Clean up around the crusher and thesurrounding area.
