Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Equipment Operator to move products in the warehouse and support cycle counting activities. The role requires forklift operation, basic computer use, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will work in a manufacturing/warehouse environment with potential exposure to varying temperatures and long standing shifts. Typical duties include pulling product with forklifts, stocking and shipping, and maintaining organization.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in shipping and receiving required, preferably in an automated DC environment.
• Strong computer and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Move products throughout the warehouse using forklifts.
• Deliver products to designated areas for stocking or shipment.
• Stack and move empty pallets and wire baskets to correct destinations.
• Locate received products to forward picking or overstock locations.
• Ensure paperwork accompanies all carries and pallets.

Your Role on Our Team:

The equipment operator is responsible for moving product throughout the warehouse.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

• Drives each forklift to assigned location to pull product
• Delivers product to designated area in overstock, to be replenished or shipped
• Stacks and moves empty pallets and wire baskets to correct destination
• Locates all received product to a forward picking bin or designated overstock location
• Ensures all carries receive the correct paperwork
• Operates wrap machine to secure pallets prior to shipment
• Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

• High School or GED diploma required
• Experience in shipping and receiving required (prefer experience in automated Distribution Center environment)
• Strong computer skills and math skills required
• At least 1 year of experience driving each forklift specified below.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

• Experience driving a Reach Truck
• Dock Stocker
• Order Picker
• and an Electric Pallet Jack.

• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to walk/ stand for a minimum of 8 hours
