Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking an Equipment Operator for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM) at our Brookfield, WI facility. The role moves product throughout the warehouse using reach trucks and other material handling equipment, ensuring accurate location records and safe palletization for shipment.

You will maintain a clean, organized workspace, follow safety procedures, and support continuous warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Prior forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to four years of high school.
• Experience operating a Reach Truck, Order Picker, Sit Down Forklift, and an Electric Pallet Jack.

Responsibilities

• Drives reach truck to assigned location to pull product.
• Delivers product to designated area in overstock, to be replenished or shipped.
• Records the movement of product location.
• Stacks and moves empty pallets and wire baskets to correct destination.
• Locates all received product to a forward picking bin or designated overstock location.
• Ensures all carries receive the correct paperwork.
• Operates wrap machine to secure pallets prior to shipment.
• Responsible for overall organization and cleaning of area.

Your Role on Our Team:

The equipment operator is responsible for moving product throughout the warehouse.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

• Requires education equivalent to four years of high school
