Job summary

Staiman Recycling Corporation is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to operate a large stationary or mobile crane in our Williamsport metal recycling yard. This hands-on role loads and unloads scrap, sorts materials, and supports daily operations.

Previous heavy equipment or crane experience in a production setting is required. You will perform daily crane inspections, coordinate lifts with ground staff, follow OSHA rules, and work outdoors in all weather.

• Prior experience operating a crane or similar heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort around large machinery.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
