- OSHA 10 Certification or higher.
- Experience operating Rough Terrain Cranes on industrial or heavy construction projects.
- Must have proper PPE.
- Must be reliable and safety-conscious and able to work with the project team.
Responsibilities
- Operate a 55-Ton Rough Terrain (RT55) Crane on an active construction site.
- Lift and position steel panels and rings used in the construction of above-ground storage tanks.
- Safely maneuver loads according to site plans and lift procedures.
- Coordinate with ironworkers, fitters, and project personnel during lifting operations.
- Perform pre-operation equipment inspections and maintain safe crane operation practices.
- Remain available in the operator seat between scheduled lifts as project demands require.
- Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety requirements.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Equipment Operators for projects located in or around Manistee, MI. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $38/hour based on experience and skill level.
