What you’ll do as an Equipment Operator

• Attend new site Job Safety Analysis
• Operate and control assigned equipment safely
• Dig pits, trenches, or potholes as directed by the job plan
• Manage site set-up and clean-up
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment from trucks
• Establish a safety perimeter
• Work in all weather conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience
• Valid State driver's license (non-provisional) with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical exam and obtain a medical card
• Experience with drill setup and design processes is preferred
• May need to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and be on-call for emergencies
• Travel may be required

Physical abilities & exposures

• Routinely: work alone in remote locations, operate heavy machinery, perform manual motions, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, lift over 55 pounds
• Occasionally: work in confined spaces, use ladders, keyboards, and mice
