Manpower, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Operator to join a warehousing and logistics team in a second-shift role. The ideal candidate will move materials safely and efficiently, using forklifts or trucks as needed, with strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

The role focuses on accurate handling, storage and movement of goods, following procedures and maintaining safe operations in a fast-paced environment. CDL or forklift certification may be required.

Our client, a warehousing and logistics organization, is seeking an Equipment Operator to join their team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting day-to-day warehousing activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that help you move materials safely and efficiently.

Pay Range: 19.00

Shift: Second Shift

• Operate and drive equipment such as trucks and forklifts to support warehousing activities
• Handle materials during receiving, storage, and movement to ensure accurate flow of goods
• Perform material handling tasks that support efficient transport and organization of inventory
• Support safe, reliable equipment operation to help maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Follow established procedures and use attention to detail to reduce errors during material movement

What's Needed?

• Verbal and written communication skills to coordinate effectively and follow instructions
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills to handle materials accurately
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
• Ability to read blueprints (when required for equipment or operational tasks)
• If required, ability to obtain necessary equipment operation certification or licenses (forklift operators license may be required; commercial driving license may be required)
