Staffmark is seeking an Equipment Operator in Ashford, AL to safely operate forklifts and related warehouse equipment. You will load, unload, transport, and organize materials throughout warehouse operations while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety compliance.

• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Equipment Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
• Ability to work at heights and in a fast‑paced environment
