Job Summary:

The Equipment Operator is responsible for working alongside the Product Maintenance Supervisor and Facilities and Equipment Manager to support the company's Product Maintenance success. This role involves ensuring a productive, organized, and safe work environment, as well as quality product preparedness. The Equipment Operator handles activities related to loading, unloading, and organizing all product offerings in our yard and facilities, frequently coordinating with other departments.

General Responsibilities:

1. Lead by example, owning safe work practices and quality compliance.
2. Perform routine equipment, safety, and productivity inspections in the yard and shop, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
3. Operate machinery including forklifts, Bobcat, scissor lifts, and others.
4. Monitor inventory levels for all products and report to department leaders.
5. Load and unload products onto company vehicles for transport or inventory.
6. Unload supplies from third-party vendors and inventory accordingly.
7. Follow safety procedures, report and investigate incidents promptly, and notify department leaders if procedures are not followed.
8. Assist with washing and repairing processes for product offerings as assigned.
9. Handle order fulfillment for all product offerings.
10. Coordinate with other departments and assist drivers with delivery, installation, servicing, and repairing products in the field.
11. Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Ability to operate equipment for most of the day
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
