Job summary

Jobear Contracting, Inc. in Palm Bay, FL is seeking an Equipment Operator to safely operate construction equipment, assist with site development, grading and underground utilities, and help keep projects on schedule.

You will perform routine inspections, coordinate with supervisors and crew, and maintain a clean, safe job site. CDL is preferred but not required; a valid driver’s license is required, and you must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Established construction company with over 40 years in business is seeking a dependable and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in producing quality work and working safely as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with site development, grading, underground utility installation, and general construction activities.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently.
• Maintain a safe and professional job site.
