Job Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to support daily plant production and operations
• Assist the plant supervisor with daily operations and maintenance
• Inspect plant areas for maintenance, repairs, and screen changes
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed
• Identify safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and respond appropriately
• Follow safety procedures as outlined in MSHA and OSHA guidelines
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Experience with large aggregate equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, water trucks, and skid steers (preferred)
• Knowledge of welding and general mechanics (preferred)
• High school diploma or GED
