Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Equipment Operator Requirements & Job Duties:

• Operate forklifts, trucks, and other material‑handling equipment to support warehousing, receiving, and distribution activities
• Load, unload, transport, and stage materials safely and efficiently within warehouse or production areas
• Support general material handling tasks across receiving, storage, and shipping functions
• Inspect, operate, and perform basic maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safe and proper functionality
• Follow all safety procedures, operational guidelines, and company compliance standards during equipment use
• Read and interpret work instructions, labels, blueprints, and production or shipping documentation as needed
• Ensure accuracy in handling raw materials, finished goods, and inventory movement to support quality control standards
• Assist in maintaining organized, efficient warehouse operations and workflow
• Identify and report equipment issues, material discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors
• Apply attention to detail, problem‑solving, and communication skills in daily operations and team coordination
• Support production and distribution efficiency by following established processes for material flow and handling
• Maintain required certifications or obtain necessary licenses, including forklift and/or commercial driving credentials if applicable
• Prior experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or transportation equipment operation is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
