Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking Equipment Operators to join the team at our Monroe Twp., NJ, location to operate a variety of print equipment. The position is responsible for setting up, loading and operating print equipment, in a safe manner, while focused on quality. The Machine Operator maintains records of production output, sets up, adjusts, operates and cleans equipment.

Your Shift: 1st - Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm

Your Responsibilities:

• Start and monitors equipment operation

• Feeds or loads stock

• Lift cartons from pallets, carry cartons to printer(s); opens carton, lifts stock out, slices stock if necessary or fans stock.

• Responsible for conducting quality checks and ensuring high quality output of product in accordance with process standards and/or guidelines - visually inspects all press output.

• Perform all required preventative maintenance on equipment

• Read and interpret all job tickets and work instructions

• Meet production goals and requirements as related to run rates and waste

• Complete all required documentation as it relates to production, quality and equipment maintenance

You Must Have:

• Must possess the ability to pick up new learning's quickly and display a willingness to train and become knowledgeable of the products/equipment operational capabilities.

• Must be able to read and interpret instructions and numbers (in English) at level necessary to perform essential functions.

• Must demonstrate clear oral and written communications skill and work independently as well as in a team setting.

• Must possess basic computer terminal knowledge, keyboard skills.

• Good basic math and reading/comprehension skills

Requirements within this position:

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials.
• Frequently required to move inside the facility.
• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

We Would Also Prefer:

• Previous experience manufacturing equipment
