Job summary

Enstructure is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in Memphis, TN to safely handle material and operate heavy machinery. You will load trucks and move cargo while performing pre-trip inspections and daily paperwork.

The role requires 3+ years of heavy equipment experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work varied hours including weekends and overnights. Strong safety awareness and reliable team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy equipment experience (front-end loader, excavator, dozer, trackhoe).
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience operating heavy equipment including: front-end loader, bulldozer, excavator, and heavy forklift.
• Ability to safely lift 50 lbs.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work varied hours including weekends, holidays, evenings, and/or overnight shifts.

Physical Demands/Work Environment

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to stand; walk; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to walk with alternate standing. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is subject to a dry, sometimes dusty warehouse environment . The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
