Now hiring for an Equipment Operator
Location: Melrose Park, IL
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5 AM – 1:30 PM (Weekends as needed)

• Current certification or experience operating cherry pickers, order pickers, reach trucks, or forklifts is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, productivity, teamwork, and inventory accuracy are well positioned for success as an Equipment Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and safely operate powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work comfortably at elevated heights while operating cherry picker equipment.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment and moving inventory while following established safety procedures.
